The Wireless Integrated Service Environment
(WISE) platform, developed by GRMC, is a mobile data service
platform that enables a person, even without any programming
experiences, can develop and deploy mobile Java games and mobile
multimedia contents rapidly. The WISE platform will create a
new market and new revenues for entertainment and mobile industries.
The WISE Platform is consisted of WISE IDE, WISE Portal, and
WISE Mobile Manager. The WISE IDE enables a user to design mobile
multimedia applications in a complete visual environment; the
WISE Portal enables a user to distribute contents and application
to Internet and share with other users of the WISE communities;
the WISE Mobile Manager enables a user to download mobile multimedia
applications and contents with one-click download experiences.
